- Receive calls from customers using internet services, wired fixed line network, wifi and other products and services provided by the company.
- Consulting and answering customers information about products and services within the required scope.
- Other customer support tasks assigned.
- Do the following shifts (one day off per week according to the management shift schedule):
- Ca morning: 7h-14h30
- Administrative work: 8h-15h30
- Ca + +: 9h-16h30
- Afternoon: 14h30 - 22h
- Afternoon 2: 15h - 22h30
- Afternoon: 16h - 23h30
Night shift: 22h - 7h the next day (divided by the number of agents)
- To be paid social insurance in accordance with the Labor Law;
- To participate in the cultural and artistic activities of the company;
- High salary level including basic salary + KPIs.
- Sex: male, female from 20 to 30 years old.
- Qualification: Graduated Intermediate or higher in majors in information technology, electronics and telecommunications.
- Voice: Requires a standard voice, no linguistic, do not speak the local voice.
- Skills: communication flexibility, confidence, experience is an advantage.
