- Scope of Activities: Producing, distributing cosmetics;
- Department structure: 30-50 personnel;
- Location: Pho Hue, Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi;
- Working time: Monday - Saturday.
- Based on the development strategy of the company to develop human resources strategy and develop appropriate plans for each stage;
- Develop policies, regulations and management of personnel related activities;
- Planning and executing the recruitment, training and development of human resources periodically, quarterly, and annually;
- Formulating the regulations on salary, bonus and welfare measures and measures to encourage laborers to work effectively.
2. Regarding administrative administration:
- Improving the internal rules of labor, the system of regulations, procedures and regulations for the company in accordance with the law and supervise the compliance of these rules;
- Providing solutions and maintaining the implementation of the rules and regulations of the Company.
- Welcoming, solving problems related to departments (Insurance, Trade union, fire prevention ...)
3. Building and developing corporate culture:
- Advise the Board on the development and development of corporate culture;

- Build up a system of activities to connect members of the company;
- Develop a community program for the company.
- Salary: 10-15 million

- 3 to 5 years experience in Human Resources, 01 year in equivalent position
- Firmly grasp the labor law, trade unions, and management of administrative documents;

Degree / Diploma: Graduated College, Regular University: Law, Human Resource Management or related
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Power point, social networking;
- Have problem-solving skills in the field of CBT;
- Have the skills to organize, plan, distribute and supervise the work;
- Able to analyze, synthesize, persuade and communicate well.
