Production Planning Staff (Apparel)

1. Receive orders, make monthly and weekly production plans based on calculation of production capacity of the factory.

2. Plan production according to each order.

3. Follow up orders, follow up production schedule to keep pace with export.

4. Monitoring and finding solutions to problems arising in the production process so as to keep up the export progress.

5. Calculation of raw materials for production.

7. Monitoring progress, number of semi-finished products, daily production, week, month

8. Update the data into forms according to the process and regulations.

9. Report on the results in a timely manner, in accordance with the process and regulations.

10. Monitoring, reconciliation of semi-finished products, rotation, inventory with the workshop every week, month and the process.

11. Monitor labor productivity, equipment-compare with statistical norms, report results according to process and regulation.

– Salary: 8-10 mil

Experience:

– Over 2 years experience in Production planning in garment, processing.

Academic level:

– Graduated college or higher in garment industry

Skill:

– Good conversational English

– Management skills, job arrangements.

– Good computer skills: Word, excel.

– Ability to track, process data with large data streams and information: fast, accurate.

– Use computer proficiency, especially excel to statistics and summarize information.

Quality:

– Agile, hard-working, able to work under pressure.
